Any brand can be sourced. Please note, we do not own the rights to any brand nor are we affiliated with any brand.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Time will vary depending on the item requested. If we are unable to source your requested item within the timeline provided, your deposit will be refunded.
WHAT FEES ARE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR SERVICE?
Personal shopping is a service and MZA fees are as follows:
Items under $500: $50 fee
Items frmo $500 - $2500: 10% fee
Items over $2500: $250 fee
Most purchases have a $500 fee.
Some rare & hard to source items will have a higer fee.
All fees are subject to 13% HST. Delivery and Shipping may be additional.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued. However, if you have any issues with your purchase item please contact us immediately and we will do our best to address your concerns.
DO PRICES INCLUDE TAX?
Yes, all of our prices are in $CAD and include taxes and fees.
