All items are brand new & authentic. Shop with MZA does not work for, nor are we affiliated with, any company/brand.
Service Overview
Personal shopping is a luxury service. We charge a service fee on top of retail prices. A deposit is required to hold & deliver items. All deposits are nonrefundable.
Payment & Collection Policy
We accept e-transfer & cash. Once a deposit is made, you have 2 weeks to collect your item. Beyond 2 weeks, balance must be paid in full or you forfeit your item & deposit.
Final Sales Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our personal shopping service, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a deposit has been made and items have been secured.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon collection and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Since all items are brand new & authentic, any manufacturing defects will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Item Authenticity
We do not buy or post other people's items. All items sourced through our personal shopping service are guaranteed to be brand new and authentic from authorized retailers.
Exceptions / Non-serviceable Items

No Exchanges
Due to our final sales policy and the personalized nature of our service, we do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you are certain about sizing, color, and item specifications before placing your deposit.
